One person plays as the plants and one person plays as the zombies. Versus Mode - Versus mode is just how you'd expect it. More Ways to Play can be unlocked after beating Watery Graves. Everything here is an endless zone to see how far you can get in. More Ways to Play - This is where all the mini-games, puzzles, survivals, and other surprises are in. Collect plants, defeat the zombies, beat the game. After beating mini-games, you gain access to their endless zone, although to fully gain access, you need to progress through the game.Īdventure Mode - The main campaign of the game. Some "mini-games" require stars in order to access them. Mini-games are present in every world, and may even contain new ones! Mini-games can be obtained through the use of key drops from zombies. Mini-games, Vasebreaker, I, Zombie, Zen Garden, and other miscellaneous game modes are also present in the game and work the same way as they were intended. Endless zones are unlocked through beating the boss of a world (except for the first few, which you beat the Gargantuar Battle instead). Stars can be obtain by replaying levels with special objectives. ![]() Every world also has extra levels that can be unlocked through stars. Most worlds also contain bosses, sometimes more than one. Every world has a Brain Buster level and a Gargantuar Battle. The game is linear, having to complete each world to progress, but not entirely (aside from the first few worlds). That being each sun is worth 25 sun (other sizes vary), power-ups and upgrades are unlockable, events like Piñata Party, and mini-games and puzzles. ![]() Zombies: Remix has the exact same gameplay as Plants vs.
