![]() ![]() Kittens ages 4-8 months: $35 (exceptions may apply) Kittens ages 2-4 months: $70 (exceptions may apply) ![]() Have the time to spend up to an hour with an adoption counselor to discuss the responsibility of owning a pet and making it a lifetime commitment.Be able to spend the time and resources to provide the training, medical treatment, and proper care for your newest family member.Past animals must have received proper veterinary care and current animals must be up-to-date on their vaccinations.It is your responsibility to discuss your adoption with your landlord or property owner. We want to alert you that some landlords and management companies have size and breed restrictions, limits on the number of pets, and/or require pet deposits or additional fees. You must be allowed to have a dog or cat at your residence.A proper form of identification may be requested. To adopt from the Quincy Humane Society, you must meet the following criteria. Paper applications can be dropped off during normal business hours or faxed to us at 21. You can fill out an application online, which will submit to our adoption counselor’s email or you can print one out. Once our adoption counselor has reviewed your application they will be in contact with you to set up an appointment to meet our animals and discuss any questions. All questionnaires take typically 24-72 hours to process and are kept on file for 1 year. All potential adopters must fill this out and return it to the Quincy Humane Society for consideration.
